Planner Expenses Nutrition Fitness Account

Planner

A monthly calendar for scheduling tasks and appointments by day and time — click any day to see, add, complete, or remove what's scheduled for it.

Tips

  • Days with existing tasks show a green dot on the calendar — hover over one to see how many tasks are scheduled. Today's date is highlighted in blue.
  • When adding a task, pick a time from the dropdown rather than scrolling through separate hour slots.
  • Click Edit on any task to change its title, time, or move it to an entirely different day — not just toggle it complete or delete it.
  • The Planner page itself lists this month's Upcoming and Past tasks grouped by day, next to the calendar, so you don't have to click into every day to see what's coming up.

Expenses

Track what you spend — an amount, a date, and an optional category — so you can see where your money actually goes instead of guessing at the end of the month.

Tips

  • Click a column header (Date, Description, Category, Amount) on the expense list to sort by it; click the same header again to reverse the order.
  • Use the Category dropdown in the top-right of the expense list to narrow the list down to a single category.
  • Monthly View breaks a given month's spending down by category (and by parent category) with a pie chart, so patterns are easier to spot than reading the raw list.
  • A Budget is just a target you set per category, not a hard limit — it's there to compare against, not to block you.
  • Recurring Expenses (rent, subscriptions, etc.) automatically create a matching expense on their due date, so you don't have to log them by hand every month.

Nutrition

Log your meals and see how your calories and macros (protein, carbs, and fat) stack up against the daily goals you've set.

Tips

  • Use Log a Meal to search the food library and add an item to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack — the calorie ring and macro bars update automatically as you go.
  • Search tip: a more specific term (e.g. "grilled chicken breast" instead of just "chicken") returns a better match.
  • Fill in your Body Profile (height, weight, birth date, and sex) to unlock your estimated BMR (calories your body burns at rest) — it then shows up as part of your daily Energy Balance.
  • Log your weight regularly in Weight Log — it keeps your BMR and workout calorie estimates accurate over time, and builds the Weight Trend chart on your Body Profile page.
  • None of your height/weight/birth date/sex is shown to anyone else — it's only ever used for these calculations.

Fitness

Log your workouts and see calories burned, calculated from real MET-rated activity data rather than a rough guess.

Tips

  • Pick an activity from the list (grouped by category) and how long you did it — calories burned is calculated from that activity's intensity and your current weight.
  • Keep your Weight Log up to date so those calorie estimates stay accurate — they use your most recently logged weight, not whatever you entered when you first signed up.
  • The Fitness Dashboard shows a weekly summary, a 7-day calories-burned trend with a running total, and a breakdown by both category and specific activity.
  • Today's logged workouts also show up automatically on the Nutrition page's Energy Balance, right alongside what you've eaten — no need to jump between screens to compare the two.

Account

Everything about your login and personal settings lives under the account menu in the top-right of the navbar.

Tips

  • Update your email or password from Account Profile.
  • Body Profile (height/weight/birth date/sex) is separate from Account Profile — it's used for Nutrition and Fitness calculations, not your login details.
  • Forgot your password? Use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to get a one-time reset link by email.
